George has a proven record of accomplishments in several areas including general management, leadership, business development, strategic planning, start-ups, turnarounds and legal matters.  George received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and his J.D. from the University of Miami – School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.

Jonathon W. James

Jonathon excels in working with executive teams behind the scenes to develop mission critical systems and processes that enable organizations to grow without depleting bench strength, burning out people, improving efficiencies and reclaiming the feeling of excitement and enthusiasm.

 

George Metanias has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune and Inc. 500 companies in the areas of operations and infrastructure. George has a proven record of accomplishments in several areas including general management, leadership, business development, strategic planning, start-ups, turnarounds and legal matters.  He received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and his J.D. from the University of Miami – School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.

Prior to consulting, George had an entrepreneurial career where he was involved in many start-ups and turnarounds with various positions ranging from Director of Operations to President. The experienced gained during those years has allowed him to understand the many issues and challenges leaders within organizations face. This understanding coupled with his ability to quickly build trust with clients has made him a sought after adviser among many organizations. Over the years George has developed a certain appreciation for working with fast growing mid-market companies.

He has two sons and a daughter, and currently lives with his wife and children in the Denver, Colorado area.

Jonathon James excels in working with executive teams behind the scenes to develop mission critical systems and processes that enable organizations to grow without depleting bench strength, burning out people, improving efficiencies and reclaiming the feeling of excitement and enthusiasm. He also brings a unique ability to quickly build rapport and trust by learning and understanding the unique nature of each business and applying solutions that are organizationally relevant and sustainable.

Whether through mergers and acquisitions or organic growth, revenue growth often outpaces high growth company’s internal capacities, leaving the environment to operate on ‘heroics’ to get things done. These companies work with Jonathon as a trusted advisor in strengthening their operations and infrastructure.

Jonathon has over 17 years of experience in working with both Fortune and Inc. 500 companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with Federal Agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Capitol Police, Department of Labor and Health and Human Services. While he has worked with some of the largest companies in the world, Jonathon has developed a particular passion for working with fast growing mid-market companies.
